I offer assessments, evaluations, and letters for folks who are currently in individual therapy (Internal and External) and are searching for gender based services, procedures, and supports. This can be for a variety of reasons including: w-path letter(s) for gender affirming procedures and more.

The Hydrangea Collective offers a nurturing sanctuary for those weathering life’s storms, helping them blossom in recognizing and fulfilling their needs.
For those seeking gender-based assessments and letters while receiving individual therapy internally, the process is straightforward. However, for those with an external therapist, additional requirements and considerations must be taken into account.
Direct pay only - costs covered on cost page.
Have their individual therapist listed as a contact on the EHR portal with signed ROI agreement to confirm seeing an external therapist.
Be able to complete the 90 minute assessment.
