I offer a variety of services for individuals from weekly/bi-weekly mental health therapy, to EMDR and Brainspotting intensives, to consultations designed for mental health clinicians. My primary modalities are EMDR, Brainspotting, Parts Work, and Somatic-informed interventions.

I operate on a “fee-for-service” model. That means, that you have transparency in the costs depending on the coding and such. Insurance rates vary and can be disclosed. Please look over the cost page to view details.

Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. I’m here to guide the process, process and feel the emotions, bring ideas to the table, and keep things moving (“Following the Tail of the Comet”).

That depends on your needs. Some folks do well with telehealth services. Other folks find more benefit with in-person sessions. There are days that I specifically work online and other days that I work in-person. On my in-person days, I am open to seeing folks virtually. On my virtual days, I am not able to see folks in-person.
Weather conditions, your access to transportation, and scheduling may be the key determining factors on your choice for online or in-person.

Each year, I offer folks a one time free no-show/late cancelation. After that, I may be able to offer folks a reschedule but I am not able to confirm if that availability will be there. If you have used your “freebie” for the year and late cancel/no-show another appointment, you will be charged unless it’s an emergency.

In my free-time, I like to focus on hanging out with loved-ones, daydreaming, playing video games, and/or finding something creative to do.
I have a cat, named Snow, who is interested in lights from cars. So, I often watch her stare a wall for 30 mins before she lays down to take another nap.
Resources and Skills
TIPP is a DBT distress tolerance skill that focuses on alleviating activation ASAP. Doing the skill in full will likely give you the best results.
The Ride the Wave meditation is helpful for folks who need that reminder to feel their emotions without acting on urges, compulsions, and/or narratives.
Safe/Calm/Neutral Place is a core skill of EMDR therapy where we focus on creating a safe/calm/neutral space mentally and reminding ourselves of safety and calming spaces and feelings.
The DBT skill for self-soothe can be helpful when your body is wincing at all of the stimuli. This can be effective for neurodivergent folks as well as folks with high anxiety responses.
